  2. I also was lucky enough to get one of the 500 signed copies! <3 I was/am hoping that maybe there will be a few more formats released either overseas or otherwise that will have 1 or more different bonus tracks? I know other artist have done this with their albums for different markets. If not at least we will have 15 new Cher tracks to entertain ourselves with soon!

  3. I think it's a marketing plot, for more album sales. Fans will buy multipal editions. True fans like myself have per ordered and will buy the Target addition!

  5. What saddens me is The Greatest Thing with Cher and Lady Gaga is not on any of them. What a horrible shame. Cher loves The Greatest Thing as do her fans. Lady Gaga does not like it so she will not allow Cher to release it. Very very sad. I prefer The Greatest Thing to Cher's Woman's World and to Gaga's Applause. Cher sounds great on TGT as does Gaga. It is just a waste and a pitty.

    1. I totally agree with you. I LOVE The Greatest Thing! I'm so glad that it was leaked! I'm wondering why Gaga doesn't like it.

  6. Stevie Nicks did the same thing when her last album, "In Your Dreams," came out two years ago. She released a standard edition, an iTunes edition, a "deluxe" edition, and a "superfan" edition which came with a lithograph.

I bought every single one of them. Warner Bros made about $80 off me just for one album! I guess they have to do this to make up for the fact that no one buys albums anymore...besides Adele fans.

  7. has u guys seen this:
CHER petition We Want Cher to perform at 41st American Music Awards on November 24, 2013

  8. We fans would sure love this and will gladly sign the petition but you know how infrequently Cher does ANY award show. It feels like once a decade. I sure wish she would do all the shows since they are there to promote you as an artist. Cher is an unusal artist since she rarely does what is expected. Maybe she is smart since the public never gets sick of her.

  9. isnt by invitation to be a guest?

  10. If Cher WANTED to do these award shows she could. Her mgmt would just contact the show producers about her appearing. Big stars like Cher are WANTED since they are Hollywood Royalty. Over the years there have been so many shows Cher should have presented at or performed at. She just does not really like it. Of course we LOVE seeing her out at these shows.

  11. wow,, didnt know thats how it worked! so why did some1 come up with a PETITON FOR HER TO PERFORM at the 41st American Music Awards on November 24, 2013?
werent ppl making a big deal last year at the grammys , that she didnt present? very confusing,,

  12. Big Stars like CHER are always welcome. If Cher wants to do a show she CAN but she really does not like doing them. The best way to get Cher on a show is by having her nominated. I thought a likely nomination this years (really 2014) Grammys would have been for Cher & Lady Gaga in the Best Duo catagory for The Greatest Thing. That was supposed to be her second single off CTTT but Gaga then put a stop to it. TGT is very good and you don't get a bigger duo than Cher & Lady Gaga so the odds of them getting a nomination would have been very likely. Of course they also would have been invited to perform and/or present and likely would have WON the Grammy. The Grammy for DUO often goes to a veteran act like Cher teaming with a younger act like Gaga. SADLY it will not happen now since TGT is in mothballs thanks to Gaga.

  13. Yes, Gaga is a piece of work! However, The Greatest Thing IS a wonderful song and VERY radio friendly. In the USA a 67 year-old woman cannot get mainstream airplay. Because TGT is a duet with a 27 year-old (Gaga) radio would have added it. Younger listeners would have heard TGT and got familiar with 67 year-old Cher so it was going to be a win-win.

  14. You really have to let this Greatest Thing go now

  15. Sorry. I just feel bad that the strategy WBR had for Cher was ruined by Gaga. TGT WAS supposed to be single #2 which would have been out now. A 67 year-old cannot get mainstream Radio airplay in the USA. A 27 Year-old can. Artists team up with other artists all the time. In fact most songs now feature other artists. They do this for airplay. What Gaga did to Cher is inexcusable. Cher is a professional and has not lashed out but I sure would have!
