Cher Debuts New Hairstyle on Twitter!

Cher has uploaded a photograph of herself - with her new hairstyle - onto Twitter.

Cher announced on Christmas Eve that she had cut herself a fringe/bangs; "I got up at 6AM and cut bangs!... I only look 50 with bangs!!"

However, since then, we haven't seen Cher - or even heard from her on Twitter. That is until now!

Just moments ago, the star briefly returned to the social networking site to upload a photograph of herself - with the new hairdo - taken during "Christmas dinner". The 66-year-old, who popularized bangs in the 1960's, hasn't sported the look for many years - well, not with her real hair.

Cher's Christmas Message

Cher has sent a message to her fans, telling them to have "the best Christmas ever!"

Cher took to social networking site Twitter late Christmas Eve, to leave a Christmas message to her fans:

"Have the best Christmas ever! I know Christmas sucks sometimes - try to do something you like! Watch a movie you like, have a piece of pie, ice cream, pop corn, buttermilk, biscuits or something you love!"

Whilst those of us that celebrate Christmas have dressed up our homes with Christmas trees, lights, tinsel and other festive decorations, Cher has shown that she isn't any different from us - she's tweeted about her own decorations. However, Cher's are slightly more grand than ours - as expected!

The 66-year-old superstar, who sang background vocals on Phil Spector's late-1963 festive album 'A Christmas Gift For You', tweeted about her decorations for the December 25 celebrations.

More Photos of Cher In Russia: The Ageless Diva In A Familiar Costume

We already knew what Cher would be wearing for her 14 December one-off Russia gig - the 'Believe' hit-maker shared on Twitter two weeks before-hand that she would be digging out costumes from her past tours and 2008-2011 stint in Las Vegas.

If you've already seen the video clip of highlights from the Russia gig, you'll have seen some of the outfits that Cher returned to for her performance.

One outfit she donned for the private gig was the Indian-inspired one she wore during her 'The Farewell Tour', whilst singing 'All or Nothing' among other hits.

As I'm sure we all know, Cher performed a private one-off concert in Russia on 14 December. Of course, we all wanted to see some footage of the show - or at least some photos. Although nothing from the private Russia gig has yet turned up, we do have some photos of the 'Believe' singer in Russia.

Two photos of Cher in the country appeared on the singer's Twitter account. Whilst uploading the first of the two, she wrote, "Russia is great! Cold but great! Here is a picture of me wearing my friend's hat!"

Cher was photographed at LAX Airport in Los Angeles.

All in black, including leggings, boots, leather coat and a large hat, Cher was snapped passing through LAX Airport - seemingly on her way to Russia, where she is due to perform a gig in a few days.

As well as the large black hat, Cher topped off her look with a large silver handbag and a pair of dark sunglasses. Although she still looked stunning, the outfit was low-key - for Cher's standards - with the 66-year-old sporting her real hair as opposed to one of her trademark wigs.
