The folks at Cher fan site 'Cher Brasil' have come across the titles to two new Cher songs thanks to the song's inclusion on the 'ASCAP' (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) website.
The first of the pair is 'Woman's World'. The song is shown to be written by Anthony Robert Crawford, Paul Mark Okenfold and a third, unknown writer.
The second song is titled 'Collide' and again, is written by the same trio of writers.
One of the track's songwriters, Paul Oakenfold is a popular English record producer and trance DJ.
Interestingly, the song title 'Woman's World' appeared in a tweet by one Twitter user, JC Alvarez, on 4 September, when he wrote to Cher, "'Woman's World"... new track? It was pretty awesome!"

I'm pretty sure that 2nd songwriter is Shep Crawford, who's written & produced stuff for Deborah Cox, Montell Jordan, Whitney Houston, Tamia, and Neil Young. We don't know the producer of "Woman's World" yet but I'm gonna guess it's Paul Oakenfold, just from the sound of things.

DeleteNew Cher music is what we all need. I hope US rado does give Cher a try but ageism is big in music especially against older women. Sad but true. Cher can sing circles around most current female pop stars and Cher has 50 years of career behind her.
