Cher, whose new single is called 'Woman's World'

Cher Threatens To Sue US Chat Show Host Wendy Williams Over Chaz Rumors

'Woman's World' singer Cher
Cher took to Twitter to threaten US Chat Show Host Wendy Williams with legal action after she helped spread false rumors about her son Chaz Bono.

A couple of Cher-Chaz rumors have been floating around in the last couple of months: one that Cher and Chaz have not been talking to one another; and one that Cher has been paying Chaz $1,000-per-pound to lose weight. Of course, they're both utter lies - and seemingly started in trash tabloid rag 'The National Enquirer' (who prints these kind of rumors about Cher and/or Chaz on an almost-weekly basis).

Cher Tweets About Oklahoma Tornado

The city of Moore in Oklahoma was hit by a tornado yesterday, tragically taking the lives of - at last-count - 91 people and hospitalizing many more. Cher arrived on social networking site Twitter just hours ago, where she spoke about helping the victims of the natural disaster.

It was the now-67-years-old entertainers's Birthday yesterday, which is why she began her first tweet with, "My Birthday was joyous! My family came over... Oh the cake!" She added, "One thing that made my day sad - the devastation in Oklahoma! We need to say prayers for them".

Happy Birthday To Cher!

67-years ago, Georgia Holt gave birth to a little girl named Cher. And oh my, in those 67 years, that little girl has achieved a lot!

Cher took to Twitter to share that her son Elijah Blue Allman - lead singer of currently-on-hiatus band Deadsy - and his girlfriend Angie gave her a little pre-Birthday surprise last night. The proud mother wrote, "Li and Ange had a teeny surprise Birthday for me! So sweet! We went to see 'The Great Gatsby' tonight".

She added, "EB & A took me to see 'The Great Gatsby' at a new theater where they bring you whatever you want to your seat! Everything from champagne to hotdogs, and the seats lay flat."

Good News and Bad News! Cher's New Single To Be Released Next Month! 'The Greatest Thing' Not On Her New Album

There's good news for Cher fans: Cher's single 'Woman's World' is still going to be released next month! But there's bad news for Lady gaga fans: the Cher/Gaga duet 'The Greatest Thing' is not going to be released on Cher's new album!

On Twitter, one follower wrote to Cher, "I saw you on '20/20' Saturday night with your mom and Georgia - why did you say that 'The Greatest Thing' may not be on the new album?" Cher responded, "It's a great disappointment for me. We put vocals on forever ago but the track needed to be redone and mixed but before it was finished, she decided that she didn't like it - and that's that. She did a great job but she didin't like it so, it's good, but only my friends will hear it." Not only will it not be on the album, but judging by Cher's tweet, it won't be released on anything!

What What WHAT? Reports Claim That Beyonce Has Bought Cher's House - Despite Cher Herself Saying That She's Not Selling It!

I don't usually touch nonsense stories - but this one you've just got to laugh at! "A House Is Not A Home", Cher sang in 1968 - and reports are coming in that Cher wasn't feeling entirely at home in her Malibu house as they're saying that she's sold it to Beyonce!

The story that Cher has been wanting to sell her Malibu mansion has been reported by an array of publications over the past few months. So much so that chat show host Ellen DeGeneres brought it up during Cher's 1 May appearance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', where Cher confirmed that she is not selling her Malibu crib.

This Is A Woman's World! Cher Writing A Mini-Series About Women In Her Family

(Yes, the 'Woman's World' mention had to be in there!) Cher's only just put to the small screen a tribute to her mother in the form of May 6th's Lifetime documentary 'Dear Mom, Love Cher'. But already the 66-year-old is hoping to showcase the life of her mother, and other women in her family, on a TV mini-series.

Cher revealed on Twitter that she is currently writing a script about four generations of women in her family; "I'm writing a film about the four generations of women starting from my great grandmother, to my grandmother, to my mother. It ends with Mom deciding to have me. They were hardcore, beautiful and lived lives that none of us could even imagine! It's a saga of strong country women. It will make a great mini-series."

News Round-Up: No Name Yet For Cher's New Album; Cyndi Lauper Tweets Cher; Ellen DeGeneres's Funny Cher Photo; Cher's 'Woman's World' Music Video Outfit & More!

It seems that Cher has actually turned back time! Back in August 2012, she told us that her upcoming studio album - her 25th in total - has a title. Back then, she said, "We have the title! But I can't tell". But hours ago on Twitter, she was asked what the name of the album was, and replied, "The second I have one, I'm tweeting the sucker!"

Sticking with Twitter.... Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres tweeted a funny photoshopped image of herself and Cher to her 18 million(!) followers, writing with it, "I had to change my outfit before the show. My guest and I were wearing the same thing."

WATCH: Cher and Georgia Singing 'I'm Just Your Yesterday' on 'Ellen'

Cher and her mother Georgia Holt performed their new duet 'I'm Just Your Yesterday' on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.

Of course, Cher's mother Georgia released her first album, 'Honky Tonk Woman', yesterday and the pair have appeared on two high-profile chat shows since - 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' and 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.

Whilst there isn't any news to report from Cher and Georgias' appearance on the former show, the latter show gave us, as expected, a performance that you're probably itching to see if you haven't yet been able to.
